Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast Sunday, October 2nd After 8:30 & 10:30 Masses The proceeds from the breakfast will be given to the “End 68 Hours of Hunger” program in Tolland. The Mission of this program is to: “Meet the needs of those Tolland School children who confront more than 68 hours of hunger between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon, and the free lunch they receive in school on Monday.” The cost of the breakfast is $5.00 per person or $20 per family of four or more. Haiti Christmas in October!

Christmas in October October 1st & 2nd The Haitian Ministry is sponsoring a toy collection, where kids of all ages are invited to bring new toys up to the altar during Mass at both St. Matthew and St. Bernard. These toys will be shipped to our twinned parish of St. Pierre in Ganthier, Haiti, and distributed to their school children who would otherwise receive no gifts. Toys should be small enough to fit in a shipping barrel and should not require batteries (they cannot be replaced) or written instructions (they do not read English). One CP1 (9th grade) aide on Sundays at noon. One grade 5 aide at 4:30 on Mondays.
